Nick Hogan Could Get a 5 Year Prison Sentence Today

Nick Hogan is going to cop to a criminal charge today in court. He’s been charged with felony reckless driving stemming from an accident that he was in while street racing with another car. He lost control, slammed into a tree and left his friend in a coma for the rest of his life. Nick will not fight the charge… he will plead either guilty or no contest. And some legal experts say that’s going to look good to the court and will most likely get him a lesser sentence than the 5 years he’s facing. The victim’s family will have an opportunity to testify at the hearing on how the crime has affected their lives. Nick’s family will also be there.

Mariah & Nick Already Planning Kids

Sounds like Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are going to have some babies. Mariah told the New York Daily News "It`s part of the whole purpose of getting married. I`d just want our children to have the best childhood and upbringing they possibly could". They’d better get on it – Mariah is 38.

The insider prison source says during Amy’s last visit, there was a fight and a lot of tears. It seems that Amy confronted him about this other woman he’s supposedly been seeing and how they were plotting to take her money. They fought, and Amy left in tears. Afterward, Blake was telling his prison friends that it’s ok that they’re over, because they’d been doing so many drugs during their time together, that they hadn’t had “relations” in months before he went to prison.
